E-mail setup

It is possible to have the Behnke Station sending e-mails in certain situations. This configuration guide describes how to set up the e-mail feature.

1. E-mail setup

  • Open your browser
  • Access the web interface of the Behnke-Station
  • Log in

Behnke-Station, Login

  • Click on
  • Scroll to the section E-mail
  • Set the option Allow sending e-mails to yes, via SMTP or yes, via SMTPS (SSL/TLS) (depending on your mail server)
  • The required fields for login will be shown
  • Fill-in the fields with the information of your mail server
  • Press to save the configuration

  • You can test if you're configuration work
  • Click on the button send next to the option Test mail
  • An input mask appears in which you can enter an e-mail address for the receiver
  • Click the button OK to send the e-mail

  • The Behnke-Station will try to send an email
  • You should receive a feedback after a few seconds
