Windows® blocks the software due to unknown publisher
When starting the software, following message appears: "Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher."
1. Solution

Right click on the .exe file

Choose "Properties"

Button "Allow"

Note: The file must not be read-only and the user needs write permissions for this file.
