FAQ\n\n> [!NOTE]\n> Calls, connections and time intervals vary depending on the provider. The following must always be ensured:\n> \n>  - After dialing a call, a dial tone must be audible. \n>  - When the handset is hung up, a busy tone should sound.\n>\n> If a chain call is not hung up after the first dial and the next phone number is not dialed, this may be because no dial tone is audible. This can be caused by the provider.\n>\n> You can remedy this by sending a DTMF signal after the handset is lifted. To do this, you must adjust the confirmation in the connection settings.\n>\n>  - In the sidebar on the left, click the menu item %BS_MENU_VERBINDUNG%\n>  - Navigate to the **Call chains** section\n>  - Set the **Confirmation** option to **by sending a DTMF tone**\n>  - Click %BS_MENU_SPEICHERN_ROT% to apply the configuration\n> \n> ![Web interface, Connection menu item, Call chains section](uploads/5fc97790f1d9962aedd2165326801b86/Verbindung_sende_DTMF.png)\n","lastModified":"2026-10-14T13:47:15+02:00"}
