{"wiki":"en","slug":"button-no-sip-registration","markdown":"<tags data-tags=\"Buttons;E-mail;Configuration guides\" />\n\n# E-mail on call initiation, when SIP account 1 is not registered\n\nIt is possible to have the Behnke Station send an e-mail if you attempt to initiate a call by pressing a button, and the Behnke Station is not SIP registered with SIP account 1. How exactly this works is described in this configuration guide.\n\n## 1. Configuring sending e-mails\n\nE-Mail setup is described in following configuration guide: [E-mail setup](E-mail-setup).\n\n## 2. Sending an e-mail when SIP account 1 is not registered and a button is pressed\n\nClick **\"Buttons\"** in the menu on the left. Enter the following code for the desired call button in the **\"Number\"** field. Then click **\"Save\"** on the left.\n\n`if:sip1;<Call number>;if:else;cmd:<E-mail Address>`, e.g.:\n\n`if:sip1;102;if:else;cmd:info@behnke-online.de`\n\nWhen the button is pressed, the Behnke station then checks whether SIP account 1 is registered. If so, the specified phone number is dialled. If not, an e-mail will be sent to the address provided.\n\n![Call button with the code for the e-mail notification in the \"Buttons\" menu](uploads/5ecb533554fdc43db9da2f46e6c1fe86/Taste_keine_SIPRegistrierung_E_01.png)\n\n## 3.
